Souman is a certified Design Thinking and Innovation Professional with close to two decades of diverse management consulting expertise developing organisational strategy and transforming operating models for multiple clients across the globe. At Whyte, Souman is responsible for Corporate Strategy, Sales and key Client Engagement. Prior to Whyte, Souman has played pivotal consulting and advisory roles for multiple large public and private sector organisations. In his most recent role, Souman led the Consulting and Program Management practice for Intelenet Global Services, a $450M company, with 55000+ staff globally. During this stint, Souman was instrumental in setting up the practice and positioning the capability to act as the strategic team responsible for all key initiatives for the larger organisation while building an independent consulting arm for external clients.

Tanu Kamra is certified Prince 2 practitioner with a decade of experience in project management and business process transformation. In her previous role, with the consulting arm of a leading Business Process Management company she was instrumental in managing large scale projects across geographies. She also has proven expertise in areas such as customer experience enhancement, client & customer retention, continuous improvement and managing operational service level amongst others. At Whyte, Tanu is responsible for helping clients find value through business transformation and helping setup PMO operations for cost containment and outcome improvement.

Ash has over 15 years of experience in various project management, transformation and operational roles. At Whyte, Ash supports clients with their project management and transformation needs, helping them create value through deployment of tried and tested tools and frameworks. Most recently as a Managing Consultant with a leading outsourcing firm, he supported their Project Management, Transformation and Marketing & Sales teams. In this role he led and project managed a varied range of projects across unique business environments, such as a leading service companies first foray in India for a Rapid Transit system and the development of a target operating blueprint for UK custodial operations.
